Terms of Reference - The Community Services Committe is responsible for the Council's policy and management in respect of its streetlighting, sports grounds and pavilions, Memorial Gardens, playgrounds, halls, allotments, woodlands, and open spaces. It also deals with community events such as the Town Carol Service and Heritage Open Day.
