The Planning and Footpaths Committee has delegated authority to discuss/debate and record Town Council observations on Planning Applications for the area of Amersham. The Committee's decisions and observations are relayed direct to the appropriate Planning Authority in time for them to be taken into account in its decision making process. All other matters discussed by the Planning and Footpaths Committee are subsequently considered by Council in the same manner as the other committees.
