In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the Information Commissioner's Office produced a new model publication scheme which must be adopted from 1 January 2009.
The new scheme was approved by Amersham Town Council on 8 December 2008 and details are available via this link Adopted Publication Scheme 2009 or hard copy on request.
