Amersham Band is clearly looking forward to the Amersham Carnival, to judge from the following comment posted on their web site.

The fairy-tale carnival parade will be headed by the band which is in great shape for marching following the recent trip to Saddleworth to compete in the Whit Friday marches. After the parade we will be running a “Have a Blow” demonstration stall where aspiring brass players can find out how to get started.

Tea and cakes will be available outside the St. John’s Ambulance Hall in Bensheim Way together with displays and information about our exciting development plans.

Please drop by to have a chat with our Musical Directors and players – you might be surprised at all the activities we get up to.
